Requirements¶
General¶
- On-premise:
- Lime CRM Server: 2024.1 or later
- Internet access for both incoming and outgoing traffic to the Lime CRM server
- Automatic surveillance of the Lime CRM Task Handler service (handles documents)
- Cloud:
- Included in Solution Cloud Shared
- If isolated application: lime-crm 2.706.0 or later
- If Desktop Client: Lime Bootstrap version: 1.12

Record Access¶
If Desktop Client and record access: If there are Record Access rules for any limetype that is used by eSign, then you have to disable blacklisting of record access tables in the API, as described here. This is further described under the configuration section.
Which limetypes that are used by eSign depends on how you configure the add-on. For typical limetypes, see the installation instructions and configuration example.
PAdES¶
For Advanced Electronic Signatures, the following requirements apply:
- If on-premise: The Lime CRM server must be able to access Lime Technologies' cloud service PDF Manager (https://pdf-manager.lime-technologies.com).
